Confidentiality

It is the default, not an option.

"Discreet" is an adjective. These are the operations behind it — what we will and will not do with your name, your materials, and your interest in a move.

Per-opportunity consent

Your résumé and identifying materials are never sent, submitted, or described to any firm without your express permission — for each specific opportunity, each time. There is no standing consent.

No mass submissions

We do not blast candidates across a market. Every submission is a deliberate, approved decision — not a careless one.

No contact with your firm

We do not approach your current or former employers, or anyone in your network without your instruction.

You always know where things stand

When your materials are submitted with your consent, we tell you the outcome — in a timely way, whatever it is. You will never wonder who has your résumé.

Your materials, your call

We ask for a résumé only when a specific opportunity calls for one. If you ask us to delete your materials, we do.

Questions about how this works?

Ask before you share anything — that's the point.
